Add notes to a lead in your CRM when an SMS message is sent or received?
HeavySet Tech has introduced a new feature that allows you to automatically add notes to a lead whenever an outbound SMS message is sent or when a reply is received.
To enable this feature:
- Navigate to the following page: HeavySet Tech SMS Automation.
- Toggle an option On to enable the feature.
- Click the Save button to apply your changes.
Once enabled, notes will automatically be added to the corresponding lead in your CRM whenever an SMS interaction occurs.
