Add notes to a lead in your CRM when an SMS message is sent or received?

HeavySet Tech has introduced a new feature that allows you to automatically add notes to a lead whenever an outbound SMS message is sent or when a reply is received.

To enable this feature:

  1. Navigate to the following page: HeavySet Tech SMS Automation.
  2. Toggle an option On to enable the feature.

  1. Click the Save button to apply your changes.

Once enabled, notes will automatically be added to the corresponding lead in your CRM whenever an SMS interaction occurs.
